How it works

No need to enter the same data twice
Select an existing Horizon customer or create a new one. After the E-receipt is saved, the system creates the appropriate Horizon document and attaches the receipt PDF. The same information no longer has to be entered in two systems.
For healthcare service providers
The system can be adapted for clinics and other healthcare providers and supports medical service information. If the patient consents to sharing data with VID, eligible medical expenses from the E-receipt will appear automatically in their annual income declaration. In anonymous mode, the customer's personal details are omitted from the EDS report.

Does the system replace Horizon?
No. The E-receipt solution complements Horizon with a specialised workflow for receipt issue, number control, PDF generation and EDS reporting.
Can a receipt be issued to an anonymous customer?
Yes. A receipt can be created anonymously, and the customer's personal details will be omitted from the EDS report.
Can an E-receipt be sent to the customer?
Yes. The PDF can be printed, downloaded or sent to the specified email address.
Can the report be submitted through EDS?
The system generates an XML file for import into EDS. Before implementation, we check the current VID requirements and adapt the settings to your organisation.
